There are no meaningful Eurovision 2027 odds yet. That is not an oversight on anyone's part: no country has chosen a song or an artist, so there is nothing for a bookmaker to price except a country's reputation.
A few early country-level markets exist on prediction exchanges and at a handful of bookmakers, and they currently lean on the same names that lean well every year. They are not informative. ESCToday, which runs one of the better odds trackers in this space, put it plainly in July: live 2027 odds are not yet available across enough bookmakers to make a reliable comparison.
What follows is the thing that actually determines the market: the calendar of national selections. Every date below is a date on which one more country stops being a guess.
When the odds actually arrive
Eurovision odds do not open with a bang. They tighten in stages across roughly fourteen weeks, as each country picks its entry. The first real information arrives in December 2026 and the last of it in mid-March 2027.

Two of these matter more than the rest. Sanremo decides Italy and is an enormous televised event in its own right, with its own betting market; the 2027 festival runs 16 to 20 February with the final on the 20th. Melodifestivalen decides Sweden across six weeks, ending 13 March 2027. Italy and Sweden are perennial contenders, so until those two results are in, any outright price is substantially guesswork.
After the selections there is one more repricing, and it is the sharpest of the season: the rehearsals in Burgas in the first half of May 2027. That is when the staging becomes public and a song that reads well on paper either survives contact with the arena or does not.
How Eurovision betting markets are structured
Bookmakers price more than the winner, and the secondary markets are usually where the disagreement sits.
- Outright winner. The headline market, priced per country, and the one that moves on every selection result.
- Top 3, top 5, top 10. Place markets, which behave differently from the outright because a strong song in a weak half can place without winning.
- Semi-final qualification. Priced per semi-final once the allocation draw is made. Twenty-six of the thirty-odd entrants reach the final, so these are short-priced and heavily traded.
- Country-specific and novelty markets. Whether a given country finishes last, the winning margin, regional groupings such as the Nordics or the Balkans.
- National selection markets. Sanremo and Melodifestivalen are bet on in their own right, independently of the contest.
What moves the price
Four things, in roughly descending order of impact.
- The selection results themselves. A country goes from a reputational price to a priced song overnight. This is the largest single source of movement.
- The rehearsals. Delegations rehearse in the host arena before the shows, and reaction from the press centre has historically moved prices hard in both directions. Staging is a large part of what the televote rewards.
- The running order. Decided by the producers rather than drawn at random, and a late slot in the final is worth real money.
- The jury and televote split. The two halves of the vote reward different things, and a song built for one can be mispriced by a market watching the other.
How reliable are Eurovision odds?
Good late, poor early. Before the songs exist, the odds carry no information about the songs, which is most of what decides the contest. Once the entries are public and the rehearsals have been seen, the market has historically been a reasonable guide to the winner, while still being wrong often enough that it should be read as a market price and not a forecast. The gap between those two states is exactly the fourteen weeks in the table above.
Why this page has no odds and no bookmaker links
Most pages ranking for this search exist to send you to a bookmaker. This one does not, and the reason is worth stating rather than hiding.
Gambling advertising is regulated separately in every country this site reaches, and the rules are not close to uniform: some markets require an affiliate to hold a licence of its own, at least one treats publishing odds for an unlicensed operator as an offence in itself, and in July 2026 the Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed that the e-Commerce Directive does not extend to online gambling advertising, so a publisher gets no protection from being established in one member state rather than another.
We would rather carry nothing than carry something we cannot stand behind in every market this site is read in. If that changes, this page will say so plainly.
If you do bet, bet carefully. Gambling is for adults only and should never be treated as a way to make money. If it stops being entertainment, stop. Free, confidential help is available in most countries; in Bulgaria the National Revenue Agency maintains a register that lets a person voluntarily bar themselves from licensed gambling, and BeGambleAware offers free advice and a helpline in English.
What this site does cover
The contest itself, from the host city outwards. If you came here for the betting, the pages that will actually be useful to you between now and May are the calendar for every confirmed date, the ticket tracker for the sale that has not been announced yet, and Arena Burgas for the venue the whole thing happens in.
